Questions management faces

Bring the next decision
into view.

A useful outlook connects your records to the choices ahead. PursuitBid helps organize that picture without making the decision for you.

01 / CAPACITY

Can the business support another hire?

Review staffing assumptions alongside operating costs and the cash outlook.

02 / PERFORMANCE

What changed against the plan?

Compare like periods and trace measured differences to their underlying categories.

03 / CASH

What if customer payments arrive later?

Test explicit timing assumptions and see how they affect projected cash.

A management report, made inspectable

See how each part of the outlook is grounded.

Reports keep actuals, adopted budgets, forecast assumptions and source versions distinct. This public preview shows the report structure only; it contains no customer figures.

The financial planning workspace

Familiar tools.
A more disciplined rhythm.

Use conventional tables, clear assumptions and reports you can share. Every financial view has a defined purpose and traceable inputs.

Rolling operating forecasts

Connect revenue, costs, staffing and operating results across a supported 12–60 month planning horizon.

Forecast details →

Thirteen-week cash outlook

Review dated receipts, payments, projected cash and missing timing inputs. This is not a direct bank connection.

Cash planning guide →

Annual budgets

Version management targets and compare actual performance without replacing the budget when expectations change.

Budget details →

Scenarios and headcount

Test demand, costs and hiring dates separately before management decides whether to adopt assumptions.

Reporting details →

A repeatable monthly rhythm

From source records
to a reviewed outlook.

PursuitBid keeps each stage clear so missing information or a changed assumption does not quietly become a financial fact.

01 / SOURCE

Review the records

Use supported structured imports and review validation, mappings and coverage before committing a source snapshot.

02 / ASSUMPTION

Set the plan

Maintain the budget separately from the current forecast. Management owns budget adoption and material assumptions.

03 / OUTLOOK

Compare and discuss

Review the current outlook, measured changes, cash timing and published report versions with their limitations visible.

Built for connected planning

Follow the decision through the numbers.

Explore how hiring, capital spending, payment timing and financing assumptions flow into operating results, cash and linked financial statements.

Explore the connected model →

Linked financial statements

Trace supported operating schedules into the income statement, balance sheet and cash-flow forecast. Missing coverage and reconciliation differences remain visible.

Monthly management report

Review the financial summary, comparisons, outlook, cash, assumptions, limitations and source versions.

Traceable revisions

Published editions keep their original inputs and identity. Corrections create new versions.

Shareable exports

Download HTML, PDF and XLSX report editions. The spreadsheet is a values export, not an editable forecast model.

Is PursuitBid a fit?

Start with the shape
of your business.

Clear boundaries help you decide whether the current product fits your records and reporting needs.

Good starting fit

Business owners and finance teams with monthly reporting needs, explicit planning questions and financial records that can be mapped and reviewed.

Structured file imports

CSV/XLSX imports support defined actual, budget, balance, open-item, cash, payroll/headcount and driver datasets, subject to validation.

Company and group views

Explore supported entity, currency and consolidation planning with explicit ownership, source versions and management policies.

Confirm the fit first

A demo is a product walkthrough, not an activated account. Live integrations, customer onboarding and any commercial scope must be confirmed separately.

Evidence and customer control

Missing is not the same as zero.

Source status, date coverage and reconciliation remain visible. If required inputs are incomplete, dependent calculations can be blocked while earlier valid records remain identifiable.

Management keeps the decisions

Customer management adopts budgets, confirms material intentions and assumptions, and controls organization access. Published revisions are immutable; corrected information produces a new edition.

Before you begin

A few practical questions.

Does PursuitBid replace our accounting system?

No. Your accounting system remains your accounting record. PursuitBid supports planning and reporting from supported financial records; it does not post accounting entries.

What happens if records are incomplete?

The workspace shows coverage and source status. Calculations that lack required inputs remain blocked, and prior valid versions retain their original identity.

Can management review and download reports?

Reports are available in HTML, PDF and XLSX editions. The spreadsheet contains values from a saved report; it is not an editable forecasting engine.
